Sid Jackson, on right, and Raymond Abramson with their client, a very happy Mrs. Ollie Hicks in Clarendon, Arkansas. Mrs. Hicks is the class representative for thousands of Arkansans who successfully won refunds and other damages from a large insurer accused of wrongfully selling health insurance to medicaid recipients. The case reached the Arkansas Supreme Court where Mr. Jackson, maritime attorney, argued that the trial court was correct in certifying the class. The high court agreed.
